These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern access to and use of the Crewz For Care mobile application, the website available at www.crewzforcare.com, and all related services, features, communications and functionality (collectively, the “Platform”).
By creating an account, accepting these Terms, accessing or using the Platform, publishing or applying to a Job Advertisement, sending or accepting a Connection Request, uploading Content, using chat, or otherwise using any Platform feature, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and the incorporated Privacy Policy, Community Guidelines and Account Deletion Policy.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not create an account or access or use the Platform. If you use the Platform on behalf of a Facility or another organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to bind that organisation to these Terms.
Crewz For Care is a sub-brand operated by The Crewz App, a sole proprietorship owned by Mrs Sunita Sharma (“Crewz For Care”, “we”, “us” or “our”).
For these Terms:
You must be at least eighteen years old, legally capable of entering into a binding agreement, and permitted under applicable law to use the Platform. The Platform is not intended for children.
A person acting for a Facility must have actual authority to create and manage the account, publish Job Advertisements, review Applications, access candidate information and communicate on behalf of that Facility.
Crewz For Care is a technology jobs marketplace that enables Facilities offering care-sector jobs and Care Professionals seeking jobs to discover and communicate with one another.
The Platform provides technology for profiles, Job Advertisements, Applications, protected Connection Requests, notifications and in-app chat after the applicable acceptance. Crewz For Care does not select, employ, place, supervise, direct or control Care Professionals and does not make hiring, rejection, compensation or employment decisions for Facilities.
Crewz For Care is not an employer, recruitment agency, staffing agency, labour contractor, healthcare provider, medical adviser, professional council, background-check provider or party to an Engagement between users. Nothing in these Terms excludes any responsibility that applicable law does not permit us to exclude.
Users must provide accurate, current and complete registration and profile information and keep it updated. Users must protect their login credentials, OTPs and devices and promptly report suspected unauthorised access.
Users must not impersonate another person or Facility, create a deceptive account, sell or transfer an account, evade a restriction, share an account with an unauthorised person, or use another person’s email address, phone number, photograph, resume, professional registration or organisation details without authority.
You are responsible for activity conducted through your account except to the extent caused by our breach or otherwise provided by law. We may request reasonable information to confirm account ownership, identity or organisational authority. A request for information, successful OTP verification or account creation does not by itself mean that Crewz For Care has verified or endorsed a user.
Only one Crewz For Care account may be associated with a particular mobile number, and only one account may be associated with a particular email address, across both Facility and Care Professional roles. A mobile number or email address already linked to an account cannot be used to create a second profile.
If a registered mobile number or email address changes, or the user loses access to it, the user must use the in-app deletion process where available or contact support@crewzforcare.com. Crewz For Care will require reasonable proof of account ownership or identity before manually deleting or changing an inaccessible account. The old number or email becomes available for a new registration only after deletion of the previous account has been completed; submitting a deletion request, signing out or uninstalling the app does not release it.
Relevant users may see profile photographs, names, city, professional category, skills, experience, biography, Facility information, ratings and other profile information designated as visible through the Platform. Profile photographs and Facility logos may remain visible independently of contact acceptance so that users can identify the person or organisation with whom they may connect.
Users must not place telephone numbers, email addresses, government identifiers, financial information or other information they want protected inside a public photograph, biography, Facility description or Job Advertisement.
Platform functionality may keep telephone numbers, email addresses, resume files and chat inaccessible until the relevant Application or Connection Request is accepted. A Facility may be shown that a resume has been uploaded without being able to open or download it before the applicable acceptance.
After acceptance, authorised users may be able to view the resume, see contact details and use chat. Acceptance only enables communication. It is not a job offer, employment agreement, interview guarantee, hiring guarantee, verification or endorsement.
Revealed information may be used only for the relevant legitimate hiring connection. Users must not scrape, sell, publish, disclose, spam, commercially exploit or retain Protected Information longer than necessary. Facilities must restrict resume and candidate-data access to personnel with a genuine hiring need and must delete copies when no longer required, subject to applicable law.
Once a Facility or another authorised recipient has independently downloaded, copied or lawfully received candidate information, Crewz For Care may be unable to retrieve or delete that recipient’s independent copy. The recipient remains responsible for its own notice, security, access, retention, correction and deletion duties.
A Facility publishing a Job Advertisement represents and warrants that it legally exists or is lawfully operating, that the person posting has authority to act for it, that the vacancy genuinely exists, and that the Facility has all licences, registrations, approvals and permissions required for the vacancy and hiring activity.
Every Job Advertisement must be current, accurate, complete and lawful and must clearly disclose, where applicable:
A Facility must promptly update or close a Job Advertisement when the vacancy is filled, cancelled, expired or materially changed. Crewz For Care may review, limit, reject, suspend or remove a Job Advertisement but does not guarantee that every advertisement is reviewed or accurate.
Facilities must not publish or promote:
A Facility must not demand an unlawful recruitment fee, application-processing fee, security deposit, compulsory purchase, joining payment or payment for employment from a Care Professional. Legitimate legally permitted charges, if any, must be transparently disclosed and independently verified by the parties before payment.
Care Professionals must apply only where genuinely interested and reasonably qualified. Profiles, Applications, resumes, experience, qualifications, registrations, references and other candidate information must be truthful, current and complete.
Care Professionals must not impersonate another person or submit fabricated, altered, expired, suspended or misleading credentials. They remain responsible for reviewing Application information and attachments before submission.
An Application recorded as submitted does not guarantee that the Facility received a separate alert, opened or reviewed the Application, will respond, or will offer an interview or Engagement. Facilities independently decide whether to contact, shortlist, interview, reject or hire an applicant.
Users must independently verify identity, authority, licences, registrations, qualifications, references, background, location and suitability before entering into an Engagement. A profile is not verified unless the Platform expressly displays a current verification indicator and explains its scope.
The Facility or employer doing the hiring is solely responsible for completing all identity, address, qualification, professional-licence, employment-history, reference, background, police or other checks required or considered appropriate before hiring. Crewz For Care does not conduct, approve or guarantee those checks unless a particular verification service is expressly introduced and its limited scope is clearly described.
Facilities must obtain any consent required for verification, collect only lawful and necessary information, use an appropriately secure method, restrict access, and retain or delete verification records in accordance with applicable law. Users must not request or send Aadhaar, PAN, banking credentials, medical records, police records, passwords or OTPs through ordinary Platform chat.
The Facility and Care Professional, not Crewz For Care, determine the legal nature and terms of their Engagement. Depending on the facts and applicable law, a person may be an employee, worker, contractor, consultant or another legally recognised category. Crewz For Care does not predetermine that status.
Facilities are responsible for lawful recruitment and hiring, written terms where required, wages and deductions, statutory benefits, working time, leave, workplace safety, anti-harassment requirements, Prevention of Sexual Harassment compliance, reasonable accommodation, equal opportunity, taxes, social-security obligations and every other employer duty imposed by applicable law.
Care Professionals are responsible for maintaining any registration, qualification, training or permission legally required for a role. No user may contract out of a mandatory right through these Terms.
Users must comply with applicable equality, disability and employment requirements. Job criteria and hiring decisions must be based on lawful and genuine role requirements. Harassment, exclusion, hate, retaliation and unlawful discrimination are prohibited.
A Job Advertisement must not express an age, gender, religion, caste, disability, marital status, ethnicity, sexual-orientation or other protected-characteristic preference unless the requirement is lawful, objectively necessary for the particular role and clearly explained. Collection or display of personal characteristics does not authorise unlawful screening.
Users may receive OTPs, authentication messages, security alerts, Application updates, Connection Requests, acceptance updates, chat alerts, service notices and policy communications through the Platform, SMS, email or push notification.
Delivery may be delayed, blocked, duplicated or prevented by device settings, network conditions, mobile carriers, email providers, Apple Push Notification service, Firebase Cloud Messaging or other systems outside our reasonable control. Notifications are provided for convenience and do not constitute guaranteed or legally conclusive proof of receipt.
Users must keep their registered contact information current and must check the relevant in-app dashboard, Applications, Requests, Chats and Notifications screens. Crewz For Care does not guarantee delivery, receipt, access, review or action on an Application, request, message or notification.
Marketing communications, if introduced, will be subject to applicable consent and opt-out requirements.
Users independently decide whether to communicate, meet or enter an Engagement. Before an offline meeting or hiring decision, users should verify the other party, Facility location, role conditions and written terms; use a verified Facility or safe meeting location; avoid sending money or financial credentials; and report suspected fraud or misconduct.
Crewz For Care is not an emergency service. In case of immediate danger, users must first contact emergency services or law enforcement and report the matter to Crewz For Care when safe.
The Platform is currently available to users without charge. Users are not required to pay Crewz For Care to create an account, publish or apply for a Job Advertisement, request contact details or use in-app chat, subject to these Terms.
Users retain ownership of original Content they submit. Each user grants Crewz For Care a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, format, resize, transmit, display and moderate that Content only as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, maintain and improve the Platform and provide requested functionality.
This operational licence does not authorise Crewz For Care to use private messages, Protected Information, resume contents or personal documents in advertising. Separate permission will be obtained before using an identifiable profile, photograph, testimonial, success story or resume content for marketing, except where law permits otherwise.
Users represent that they own their Content or possess all permissions required to submit it and that the Content does not violate law, confidentiality, privacy, intellectual-property or other third-party rights.
Users must not:
Reviews may be submitted only after an eligible genuine interaction supported by Platform records, including an accepted connection, shortlist or completed hiring interaction. Reviews must reflect the reviewer’s honest experience and must not reveal unnecessary confidential, medical, financial or protected personal information.
Fabricated, purchased, incentivised, coercive, retaliatory, extortionate, discriminatory, irrelevant or abusive reviews are prohibited. A user must not review their own Facility through another account. Crewz For Care may decline, limit, remove or restrict a review that violates these Terms, the Community Guidelines or law and does not guarantee publication or continued availability of every review. Reviews are user opinions and not endorsements by Crewz For Care.
Users may report Content or conduct and block users through available Platform tools. Crewz For Care may use automated processes and human review to investigate reports and protect users.
Depending on the nature, severity and history of a violation, Crewz For Care may issue a warning, limit Content visibility, remove a job or other Content, restrict a feature, temporarily suspend or permanently terminate an account, prevent repeat registration, preserve evidence or report suspected unlawful activity to competent authorities.
Urgent action may be taken without advance notice where reasonably necessary for user safety, fraud prevention, security, legal compliance or evidence preservation. Where appropriate and legally permitted, we will provide the affected user with a reason and an opportunity to appeal through Report a Problem or the Grievance Officer. Information may be withheld where disclosure would compromise safety, privacy, security, an investigation or a legal obligation.
A person who believes Content infringes a copyright, trademark, image, resume, logo or other right, or impersonates a person or organisation, may submit a complaint to support@crewzforcare.com.
The complaint should identify the complainant, the protected material or identity, the challenged Content and its location, the basis of the complainant’s rights, supporting evidence, and a good-faith declaration that the information is accurate. We may request further information, notify the affected user, restrict the Content while reviewing the complaint, and allow a response or appeal where appropriate.
Our Privacy Policy explains how Crewz For Care collects, uses, shares, secures, retains and deletes personal data. By using the Platform, users acknowledge that they have read the Privacy Policy.
A Facility receiving candidate information may independently determine how it processes that information for recruitment or employment and is responsible for its own privacy notice, lawful basis or consent, security, access control, use limitation, correction, retention, deletion and compliance with applicable law.
The Platform uses third-party services supporting authentication, databases, file storage, hosting, push notifications, operating-system functions, app distribution, communications, security and support. These include Google Firebase services, Firebase Cloud Messaging, Apple Push Notification service, Apple App Store services and Google Play services where applicable.
Third-party services may be governed by separate terms and privacy notices and may experience interruptions outside our reasonable control. References or links to third-party services do not constitute an endorsement or guarantee. Users must independently review any third-party service before relying on it.
The Platform may be interrupted by maintenance, updates, connectivity failures, third-party outages, security events or circumstances outside our reasonable control. Crewz For Care does not guarantee uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free operation or permanent storage of every item of Content.
We may add, change, suspend or discontinue features where reasonably necessary for product operation, user safety, security, legal compliance or business requirements. Users should retain independent copies of important employment records and documents.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”.
Crewz For Care does not guarantee the identity, authority, legitimacy, conduct, qualifications, licence, registration, background, financial capacity or suitability of a User; the accuracy or legality of Content or a Job Advertisement; availability of jobs or applicants; Application or message delivery; interviews, shortlisting or hiring; compensation or payment; workplace conditions; performance; safety; or the outcome of an Engagement.
Users independently choose whether to connect and remain responsible for verification, judgment, negotiation, written terms, payments, safety and performance. Nothing in these Terms excludes statutory guarantees, consumer rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Crewz For Care will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive or consequential loss; loss of profit, opportunity, goodwill or data; an employment or workplace dispute; another user’s act or omission; information independently copied or retained by a Facility; or interruption, delay or failure involving a network, carrier, device, app store, Firebase, notification service or another third-party system.
Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, Crewz For Care’s liability will be limited to direct loss actually proven to have been caused by its legally attributable breach. This clause does not limit liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any responsibility or non-waivable statutory right that applicable law does not permit Crewz For Care to limit.
To the extent permitted by law, a Facility or other business user will indemnify and hold harmless Crewz For Care, The Crewz App and their authorised representatives against third-party claims, losses, penalties and reasonable costs arising directly from that user’s unlawful Content, intellectual-property infringement, fraud, unauthorised representation, unlawful hiring practice, misuse of candidate data or material breach of these Terms.
This clause does not require a consumer to indemnify Crewz For Care for Crewz For Care’s own breach, negligence or unlawful conduct.
Crewz For Care may warn, restrict, suspend or terminate an account, remove Content or limit features when reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, investigation, material breach or protection of users. Serious or urgent risks may be addressed without advance notice.
Upon restriction or termination, active Job Advertisements may be removed and access to Applications, requests, chats or other features may cease. Records may be retained where reasonably necessary for law, security, fraud prevention, disputes, legal claims or enforcement.
Users may stop using the Platform and request account deletion. Provisions intended by their nature to survive, including intellectual property, lawful retention, disputes, indemnities, disclaimers and limitations, continue after termination.
Users may request deletion through Edit Profile, the public Account Deletion page or support@crewzforcare.com. Reasonable reauthentication may be required to protect the account.
Associated personal data is targeted for deletion or irreversible anonymisation within forty-five days after a valid request, unless a shorter period is required or limited retention is necessary or permitted for law, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, legal claims or enforcement. Shared records may be anonymised where deletion would impair another user’s legitimate record.
An email address or mobile number remains reserved to the account while a deletion request is pending. It may be used for a fresh registration only after verified account deletion has been completed. A user who cannot access the in-app process must email support@crewzforcare.com and complete the ownership or identity checks reasonably requested to prevent fraudulent deletion.
Deletion from Crewz For Care may not erase resumes, contact details or documents independently collected or downloaded by a Facility after acceptance. The Facility remains responsible for its separately controlled copies, and the Care Professional may need to contact that Facility directly.
We may revise these Terms when the Platform, its processing, its features or applicable law changes. We will update the version and effective date and provide reasonable notice of material changes through the Platform or registered contact information.
Where law or the nature of a change requires fresh consent, continued use alone will not replace that consent. A user who does not accept revised Terms must stop using the Platform and may request account deletion.
Crewz For Care is not a party to Engagements. Users should attempt good-faith resolution of disputes concerning interviews, offers, contracts, compensation, attendance, workplace conduct, performance, termination or workplace conditions.
Crewz For Care may receive and investigate safety or policy reports and may take Platform enforcement action, but it does not guarantee resolution of a private employment, payment or contractual dispute.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Before commencing formal proceedings, the parties should attempt in good faith to resolve a dispute for thirty days after written notice describing the dispute and requested resolution.
Subject to non-waivable consumer and statutory rights, an unresolved dispute between a user and Crewz For Care may be referred to a sole arbitrator mutually appointed in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, as amended. The seat and venue of arbitration shall be Indore, Madhya Pradesh, and the language shall be English.
Courts of competent jurisdiction at Indore, Madhya Pradesh may grant interim relief and will have jurisdiction subject to mandatory consumer, statutory and territorial-jurisdiction requirements.
Complaints concerning Content, accounts, privacy, safety, Job Advertisements, Applications, Platform functionality or enforcement may be submitted through Report a Problem or to the Grievance Officer.
A complaint should include the complainant’s name and registered contact information, relevant account or Content details, a clear description of the issue and available supporting evidence. Users must not submit passwords, OTPs or unnecessary identity documents.
Complaints will be acknowledged and addressed within timelines applicable under law. Where the Information Technology Rules apply, the intended standard is acknowledgment within twenty-four hours and resolution within fifteen days, with faster handling where law requires. Eligible users may use the applicable Grievance Appellate Committee route after completing the internal grievance process.
Crewz For Care will not be responsible for a delay or failure caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disaster, epidemic, war, civil disturbance, strike, government action, change in law, power failure, internet or telecommunications failure, cloud-service or app-store outage, cyberattack despite reasonable safeguards, or failure of a third-party infrastructure provider. Crewz For Care will take reasonable steps to restore affected services when practicable.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Community Guidelines, Account Deletion Policy and any feature-specific terms expressly accepted by the user, constitute the agreement governing use of the Platform.
If a provision is held unlawful or unenforceable, it will be limited or severed to the minimum extent required, and the remainder will continue in effect. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. Users may not assign or transfer an account or these Terms without written consent. Crewz For Care may assign these Terms as part of a lawful restructuring, financing, acquisition or transfer, subject to applicable notice and data-protection requirements.
Headings are for convenience and do not limit interpretation. Electronic notices, acceptances and records may be used where lawful. No person other than the parties has a right to enforce these Terms except where applicable law expressly provides otherwise.
Questions, notices and support requests concerning these Terms may be submitted through Report a Problem or using the following details:
