Delete inside the app
- Open Crewz For Care and sign in to the account.
- Open your profile and choose Edit Profile.
- Select Delete Account.
- Review the consequences and complete the requested confirmation or reauthentication.
If you cannot access the app
Email support@crewzforcare.com from the email address registered to the account. Use the subject “Crewz For Care account deletion request” and include your name, account role and registered phone number. Do not email an OTP, password, identity document or banking information.
We may request reasonable information or reauthentication to confirm ownership and prevent fraudulent deletion.
Each email address and mobile number may be linked to only one Crewz For Care account. If your registered details have changed or you cannot access the account, email us and complete the ownership or identity checks we reasonably request. Your email address and mobile number remain reserved while deletion is pending and can be used for a new registration only after verified deletion has been completed.
What will be deleted
Deletion is intended to cover the authentication account and associated Crewz For Care data, including profile information, profile photographs or facility logos, resumes, job advertisements, applications, requests, notifications, messages and related Platform records.
Processing time and limited retention
After a valid request, account access may be disabled and associated data is targeted for permanent deletion or irreversible anonymisation within 45 days. Limited records may be retained where necessary for law, security, fraud prevention, disputes, legal claims or enforcement. Retained information is restricted to that purpose and deleted when the purpose ends.
Shared records may be anonymised where removing the entire record would impair another user’s legitimate records.
Copies controlled by facilities
Deleting a Crewz For Care account may not automatically erase resumes, contact details or documents independently downloaded or collected by a facility after an accepted connection. That facility is responsible for its own retention and deletion obligations, and you may need to contact it directly.
Uninstalling is not deletion
Removing the app from your phone does not delete your account. Use the in-app process or email process above.
